Damaged, unused, or unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Once we have received the returned item(s), the charges will either be credited back to you for a refund or new item(s) of equal value will be shipped to you at no charge for an exchange (please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable).
Used or opened items cannot be returned. Please also note that custom orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed!

Matte is the highly recommended finish for our art prints! They bring our images to life in a way that another type of finish just couldn’t!
All prints are produced on high quality, matte-finish archival paper that will last over a lifetime. Prints can also be produced on a satin-finish archival paper, if preferred.
